Description
Ironwood Insights Group is hiring part-time work-from-home telephone interviewers to conduct scripted research surveys. This is a non-sales role focused on professional telephone conversations, accurate response entry and following project-specific survey procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone surveys using computer-based survey systems.
- Follow the approved script and project guidelines for each call.
- Interact professionally and politely with respondents, including people discussing healthcare experiences.
- Enter responses accurately while speaking with respondents.
- Maintain quality standards, confidentiality and dependable attendance.
- Work assigned evening and weekend shifts from a quiet home workspace.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Strong English reading and writing ability.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Clear speaking voice and good enunciation.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable and professional.
- Windows computer, high-speed internet and a private workspace without background noise.
Experience
Previous telephone interviewing or call-center experience is useful but was not listed as a mandatory requirement.
Skills
Telephone interviewing, survey research, customer communication, typing, script adherence, data entry, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability.

Working Hours
Approximately 10-30 hours per week. Current schedule includes evening and weekend availability: Monday-Friday 3:00-9:00 PM MST, Saturday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM MST and Sunday 12:00-7:00 PM MST. At least one weekend shift of 4+ hours is required.
Base Salary
€11.00-€13.00 Per hour
