Antharos Recruiting is advertising a fully remote, part-time contract opportunity for an experienced Technology Search Recruiter. The recruiter will support an established executive-search team by sourcing, screening and presenting technology candidates across multiple active direct-hire searches.
- Source qualified technology candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking and other channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, qualifications, motivations and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates for active client searches.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Partner with the Technology Search team on role requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Manage approximately 5-10 direct-hire searches at the same time.
- Keep candidate and search activity accurate in the applicant tracking system.
- Recruit across areas including Data, AI/ML, Software Development, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure.
- Successful technology recruiting experience within an agency or executive-search environment.
- Strong sourcing, candidate-assessment and relationship-building ability.
- Experience recruiting across multiple technology disciplines and seniority levels.
- Ability to independently manage several active direct-hire searches.
- Direct-hire or permanent-placement experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to ramp quickly and consistently commit about 20 hours per week.
