Description
Barn & Willow is hiring a part-time remote Design Specialist to guide customers through choosing custom window coverings. The role combines customer service, consultative product guidance and follow-up across phone, chat and email.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide product and design guidance.
- Build customer relationships through phone, live chat and email.
- Follow up with customers throughout the buying journey.
- Plan and manage a detailed daily schedule across multiple priorities.
