Littera Education is hiring remote part-time tutors for Fall 2026 to support K-12 students in Reading, Math, Algebra and/or ESL/ELL. Curriculum and the virtual tutoring platform are provided, so the focus is on live instruction and consistent student support.
- Deliver live online tutoring sessions using Littera's virtual platform.
- Use prepared lesson materials and adapt instruction to student needs.
- Support small groups of students and build positive learning relationships.
- Use video, audio, screen sharing, chat and whiteboard tools during sessions.
- Complete required onboarding, training and live-session expectations.
- Must live and work in an eligible U.S. state.
- Experience or strong subject knowledge in Reading, Math, Algebra or ESL/ELL.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet and a quiet tutoring space.
- Ability to pass a background check and communicate effectively with K-12 students.
The role is listed as experienced. Prior tutoring, K-12 support, teaching or relevant subject-matter experience is helpful.
